LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.


I, J. G. Anderson of Lohrville, Calhoun County, and State of Iowa, do hereby make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made. All property, real personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized or possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of decease, I give, devise, bequeath and dispose of in the manner following, to-wit;

Paragraph 1. My will is that all my just debts and funeral charges shall first be paid out of my estate by my executors.

Paragraph 2. I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Louisa Anderson, either one third absolutely of my estate, or the use of all my property as long as she lives, and she shall make an election and file it with the clerk of the District Court of Calhoun County, Iowa, within one year after my decease, as to what she desires to do with reference to this devise and bequest.

Paragraph Three. I hereby devise, give and bequeath to my stepson Eustace Johnson, the sum of One Thousand Dollars same to be paid to him after the year for filing claims against my estates has passed.

Paragraph Four. All of the rest and remainder of my estate, I will devise and bequeath to my children, Frank Anderson of Marathon Iowa, Claude Anderson of Rinard, Iowa, and Alice Picht of Lohrville Iowa, to be divided equally among them, after first deducting from the share of each of them any amount they owe me at the time of my death.

Paragraph Five. I nominate and appoint my son Claude Anderson, to be the executor of this my Last Will and Testament, without bond

In testimony whereof, I, the said J. G. Anderson have subscribed my name this 21st day of July A.D. 1936.
