In the name of God amen this thirtyth Day of April 1754 I Emanuel Jones of the Township of Charlestown in the County of Chester calling to mind the uncertainty of Life and that it is appointed for all men once to Die Do make and ordain this My last will and Testament in Manor following that is to say

first of all I Recommend My Soul to almighty God that granted my Body to be committed to This Earth and all My Worldly substance I grant and Dispose of as follows

Item I Give and Bequeath unto Jane My beloved Wife the privilege To Live in My Mentioned House and firewood to be found: have and hold to the Door with free gress and regress thereto During her Natural Life together with the Quantity of Six Bushels of Wheat Two of Rye Two of Buckwheat and Two of Indian Corn the same to be paid her Yearly or As She Shall Demand it During her Life as aforesaid and also the keeping of one cow and one Horse During the time aforesaid and Likewise a bed and bedding and two iron potts

Item I Give and bequeath unto My Son David Emanuel and his Heirs the Sum of five Shilling to be paid by my Executors

Item I Give and bequeath unto My Daughter Ann Williams Now Residing in the part of Great Brittian called Wales all and any My Real Estate together with the Residue of My personal Estate to her her Heirs and assignees for Ever Shall they My Executors Yielding and Paying to my said wife as above and in case My said Daughter Should not come over to this Province immediately then My Plantation to be Rented out and the Yearly Rents there from arising to pay off the costs Due them unto the Land Office and all the Remainder if any be to sent to My said Daughter and her Heirs by Some Safe hand and as often as May be and I Do hereby Constitute and Appoint My trusty friends Danal John and Dan Beaton boath of them of the Township of Charlestown My Sole Executors of this my Last will and Testament strictly enjoining of them to see that My will be fulfilled: and I Do Revoake all former will and testament by me Made confirming this and No other to be My Said Last will.
