On 1 Jul 1776, John Penn issued a second warrant to John Morton to survey an additional 300 acres adjoining land held by Thomas Afflick to include part of the lowest hills in Hempfield Township of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania (675). John Morton returned the survey on 3 Jun 1787.
