Item. I give to and bequeath unto my loving wife Ruth Sydnor one feather bed and furniture known by the name of her own bed.

Item. I give to my wife one white servant man for the maintenance of her and my small children.

Item. My will is that my loveing wife shall have the half of my land during her widowhood she having her first choice also one mare and saddle and bridle known by the name of her mare.

Item. I give to my son William one small still.

Item. I give to my son Fortunatus my best sute of apparel.

Item. I give to my daughter Judith one bed tick and a parcel of feathers that she calls her own.

Item. I give to my son Anthony all the cattle and their increase which came by those that were given him by his god father William Burbig and one thousand pounds of tobacco for his schooling.

Item. I give to my daughter Joanna one orphan girl named Mary Horton.

Item. My will is that my horses and mares be equally divided amongst my four youngest children.

Item. My will is that all the rest of my effects be equally divided amongst my wife and children.

My will is that my loving wife Ruth Syndnor and my sons William Sydnor and Fortunatus Sydnor be joint exors. of this my last will and testament..

26th day of November ... 1722 ... I give to my loveing wife one orphan boy named Robert Horton. Fortunatus Sydnor (seal). Signed sealed and delivered in presence of Jno Stepto & Hugh Brent.
